What happens if I arrive late?

My mom and I had such an amazing experience here - we both did a facial and massage, and the team did a wonderful job coordinating our sessions and accommodating us.FACIALAdriana did a great job with our facials, tailoring each of our routines to our specific skin type and needs. She also clearly explained each step of the process and why, and gave us tips on how to take care of our skin moving forward.MASSAGEJennifer is a fantastic masseuse and very thorough and knowledgeable. She took time listening to my concerns and asked for consent before any sensitive massage areas and clearly outlined each step of the process. I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards.I would definitely coming here for a spa day or reward after a long week. Thank you for a fabulous experience!

I've continued to come to Rooted Wellness and Spa and have seen a variety of practitioners for massage, facials, and reiki. I've always had a great experience and can tell how much everyone cares about their practice. I'm always leaving Rooted feeling my best and that's what I love about it!

Just discovered and has a great first experience with Lynn. I was looking for a stress relief massage and did have an appointment so I put myself on their wait-list and within a few minutes they called and said they could fit me in if I come right over.The space is well done and instantly reaxing. Lynn heard what I was looking for and I got a great massage.Bonus, the pricing included gratuity which I actually appreciated! I'll be back

Rooted Wellness & Spa is truly a rare find. From the moment you walk in, it invites an exhale. I have been long overdue for treatment, and as a practitioner myself, tend to be very careful about choosing a service and therapist. Having never experienced a Ashiatsu or Deep Feet Bar Therapy massage, I was curious and booked. Amazing, fascinating, very effective. Lynn is a highly gifted, intuitive, and skilled practitioner. I highly recommend her and her beautiful Wellness Spa.

I visit this plaza often and recently noticed Rooted. I was in dire need of slowing down and treating myself so I booked a custom facial with Adriana. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and Adriana took the time to sit down and talk with me about my skin goals and my current routine. Adriana was gentle and well-versed in working with my acne prone and dry skin. She spoke about each step as she went and I left feeling relaxed and renewed.The facility is clean, quiet, and welcoming.I am so happy Rooted is in my neighborhood as I usually only go to spas on vacation. I will definitely be back soon!

I love this place! I had a fantastic extra moisturizing facial, with LED light treatment with Adriana. Then a lash tint in lift with Adriana. Will be back again!
