During each session, you'll rest comfortably while Tiffany plays a variety of crystal singing bowls, each producing gentle tones and frequencies that promote relaxation and encourage a sense of balance. There is nothing you need to do except lie back, breathe, and allow the sounds to wash over you. Many participants leave feeling calmer, refreshed, and more connected to themselves.
